**Phone and SMS Setup**



One of the most powerful features within this platform is the Phone system and the ability to massage / market using SMS. But this must be set up correctly to do so.

This system is backed by Twilio and Twilio requires all numbers and users to be registered before sending out SMS messages. NOTE: If you do not do this correctly, you will not be able to message your contacts.

**How to setup your Phone and SMS**



On the left side, go to Settings and then select Phone Numbers.
Click on Add Number on right side and then Add Phone Number, and select the phone number you want to add. NOTE: You can add more than one number if you have multiple users in your CRM
Once you select your number and purchase it, you will need to click Register for A2P. This is the verification process that Twilio requires. If you do not see "Register for A2P" you can click on Trust Center at top and it will open your registration process. If you log out and come back in, it will remind you to finish your A2P registration.
It will guide you through both Brand Registration and Campaign Registration. Both must be completed and approved.
Answer the necessary questions for each for your personal information. NOTE: When asked for a phone number, use your cell as it will text you a confirmation code.
When it comes to the Campaign Details, we provide samples that you can copy and past. NOTE: When you copy and past it is important to replace the place holder text with your information or it will not be approved.
Once you are done, it typically takes about 5 min for your Company / Brand to be approved and validated. If there are any errors you can view and correct.
Once your Brand / Company is approved it will begin to review and approve your Campaign. This can take 1-2 business days.
To check the status of this, on the left side click on settings, phone numbers and then Trust Center at top. You will see if both your Brand and Campaign are approved. NOTE: You cannot send messages until both are approved.
