Marketing Templates- Email, SMS and Social

Now that your setup is completed explore our marketing tools and templates we have set up for you.

Within your platform we have created templates for emails and SMS. We have also created the workflows so as you add contacts you can you can automatically engage them.

Before you begin marketing it is important to understand where your templates are, how to edit them and then how to apply them to workflows. We HIGHLY recommend customizing the templates and workflows to match your business. When viewing and editing the templates it is a good idea to name them in a way that will make it easy to drop into your workflows.

To access your email templates -

On the left menu click on Marketing
From here, click on Emails on the top menu and then click on Templates.

Here you will find pre-built email templates for unique audiences. Feel free to add / edit any template needed. NOTE: Within each template you will find a call to action, a button, that is linked to your iList platform. Do not change the link within the button or the call to action will not work.

To access your SMS templates-

On the left menu click on Marketing
From here, click on Templates up top

This will open up all of the SMS templates we have created. You can view each template as well as open and edit each to fit your business needs.
