Setting up your domain(s) - if you are using our sites

If you are using our website templates this is a very important, but simple step. If you are not using our websites feel free to skip this step.

Adding your domain or domains to your platform is fast and easy.

**How to add a new domain**

On left side, click settings and then Domain
Click Add Domain
Enter the domain you want to use. NOTE: You need to own this domain from a company like Godaddy. Also if you are using this domain for a current website, it will override that website unless you use a subdomain. Reach out to support if this is the case.
Copy the DNC Records provided
Add them to your DNS records in your domain provider
Verify

Once verified you will see your domain in your drop down list of domains added. You can add more than one domain by simply repeating the same steps.

**How to associate a domain to your website template**

On the left side click on sites and then on the top menu click Websites and open the folder called Website Templates
Explore the templates by clicking on them to view the layout and feel of each to pick one you like. NOTE: you can use more than one website template if you like
Click on the template you want to use and open it up. You should see the Template name and under it, Pages, Stats, Sales and Settings. Click Settings
On the right side, you can select your domain name from the drop down you want to use with this website.

Quick Tip: Once you associate a domain name with a website, under the settings section, you can rename the "path". ie. /home is a common name.
