**How to request and receive cash offers**

Cash / Instant offers are a powerful way to convert opportunities into contracts and or listings. Using this feature allows you to request multiple cash offers on a property in less than 1 minute. The property is sent to national buyers via partnerships with Zoodelaio, EasyStreet, OfferPad, Opendoor, EasyKnock, ZoomCasa and others. The property is also sent to your personal buyer list. By combining the national buyers and local buyers, this is a valuable tool every agent needs.

Note: Prior to requesting cash offers, it is important you add the cash offer partners. To do this, within your dashboard, select cash offers and you can create your own buyer list, add EasyStreet, add Zoodealio, etc.

There are two ways to request or initiate cash offers

# When a cash offer strategy is selected

When a cash offer strategy is selected by you or a seller, a property will be created in your dashboard for cash offers.

Complete the initial tasks
Review the cash offer details ( allows you to add or verify information for the property. This can be completed by you or the seller.)
Verify the price and commissions
Request offers

Within the request offers tasks you will be able to select which buyers you would like to request from. Save and complete the task and offers will go out to the selected buyers.

Note: If you selected Zoodealio, you will receive offers back within seconds.

### When a "non cash offer" option is selected

If a property is created or added as a traditional option, bidding or even free option, you can still easily request cash offers from your agent dashboard. Within the property record on your agent dashboard:

Click the $ sign icon
Complete the cash offer request details
Go to your tasks and click request offers

Within the request offers tasks you will be able to select which buyers you would like to request from. Save and complete the task and offers will go out to the selected buyers.

Note: If you selected Zoodealio, you will receive offers back within seconds.
