**Creating and editing listing options**

Listing options are a key feature that separate iList from other platforms. iList allows you to create unique listing options that you can present / offer to your leads in an automated interactive manner. This allows sellers and leads to freely engage with you creating more opportunity.

Options are crucial in this real estate market - sellers expect options and competition such as Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, etc are offering sellers options. As agents we need access to the same tools and technology.

Options you can create:

Traditional
Traditional options are what most agent are currently doing, listing % or flat fees. Within your platform you can create multiple traditional options that allow you to offer more services, or create a "menu" of services for your clients.

Cash Offer
Cash / Instant offers is the one option we recommend every agent having access to. This allows you to create instant mulitple cash offers for your leads within minutes. By doing this you can better engage leads and or have offers in hand prior to a listing going live. We work with partners such as Zoodealio, Opendoor, EasyStreet, OfferPad, Easystreet and more. Offers initiated from the agent and are always presented back to the agent.

Bidding
Bidding is a unique option that allows you to remove commissions from the conversation. Instead of commission you can create an offer premium that will be added on top of the offer amount and it allows you to create competition to drive the price of the house higher. You can create specific time frames and offer premiums for each property.

Free
The free listing option is a powerful option when it comes to leads such as FSBOs or off market properties. The free option allows a seller to come into your world for free, have access to interactive values, cash offers and marketing tools. The goal is to bring them into your world so you can convert to an opportunity.


### How to select and add these options

From within your dashboard, click on listing options. Note: Listing options can be edited and updated at any time.

In your dashboard, click listing options
Click Add to the option you want to add
For traditional option you can added and edit up to 3 listing options
Save
