**Bidding - Understanding the Seller Experience**

Bidding / Live offers is a powerful option for sellers. Understanding what your seller will experience will make it easier to explain and engage.

When you offer bidding as an option, sellers can engage with you, view values and select "bidding" as an option, or you can simply add and invite a seller in. Sellers will have access to a custom dashboard 24/7 where they can view their property status, details and live bids.

Sellers will be notified real time as bids are received. They can view the bids in their seller dashboard, however as long as there is active time remaining, they cannot engage with the bid. When the time expires, both you as the agent and the seller can view the bids and choose to accept, reject or counter.

Note: Each bid will have a offer premium added to the price that is selected by the agent or the buyer agent.
