**Understanding the buyer agent experience**

Within iList you have a custom offer portal. This offer portal features every listing you have and it gives buyers and buyer agents the ability to view your listings and place bids / offers.

To view properties and make bids, buyer agents will:

Locate the property via the offer portal link
Select make and offer
Create a buyer agent account
Input their offer terms
Submit the offer / bid

Note: The offer premium is automatically added to the offer amount and the offer must be higher that any other offer or the reserve to place the bid.

Once the offer / bid is placed, the buyer agent can view the offer and details within their buyer agent dashboard. As new offers / bids are received the buyer agent will be notified of higher bids and will be encouraged to increate their bid. This will continue until time has expired.

All information is transparent within the buyer agent dashboard.
